The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse's mouth.

The Ported Barrel was created to relieve pressure on the tongue via the the medium port, which creates space for the tongue. The Barrel joint relieves pressure on the bars by spreading it over a larger area and limiting the nut cracker action of a conventional snaffle.

    Lovely bit, my fussy mouthed TB mare works lovely in this bit after trying so many this was definitely a winner.

    I purchased this bit because my horse has a rather small mouth but a thick tongue and so far it has worked well in keeping her comfortable in the mouth
