Very popular in the show ring in the UK- need more control than a snaffle?
- A very mild lever action causes the cheeks to tilt forwards and the mouthpiece to lift up.
- Very effective for ponies and horses that poke their noses or are strung out.
- Promotes outline, turning and gives extra gentle control- a step up from a snaffle.  Also known in Australia as a Wilkie Bit, and popular for jumping.
- 8022Bev 14mm Tranz Angled Lozenge Mouthpiecemouthpiece with 70mm rings.  (Larger rings means more leverage applied, great for larger horses)

Neue Schule Tranz Angled Bevel 8022Bev (70mm rings)

Very impressed with this bit and the service received from Bit Bank Australia. I knew the bit I wanted from my coach's advice, but I needed assistance with the ring size and Bit Bank were very helpful.
I received the bit quickly and the quality and fit is perfect. Very very happy.

Great bit

I needed something a little sharper then an ordinary snaffle for jumping and this bit is perfect!
