Shipping Policy – Bit Bank Australia
We ship every order with Australia Post – reliable, trackable, and backed by their nationwide network. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in South Australia.
Shipping Rates & Options (prices calculated at checkout)
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days depending on your location (metro areas usually 2–4 days, regional/rural 5–8 days).
- Express Post: Next-business-day delivery to most metro areas and many regional centres (if ordered before 1 pm ACDT, Mon–Fri).
Order Processing Times
- In-stock items: Shipped within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding SA public holidays).
- Backordered items: Clearly marked on the product page. We’ll email you an estimated arrival date and ship as soon as stock lands.
- Orders placed after 1 pm Friday or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking & Updates
Every order receives an Australia Post tracking number emailed to you as soon as it’s packed. You can track it here: https://auspost.com.au/track
Rural & Remote Areas / PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers
Yes – we happily ship to rural addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Collect lockers using Australia Post’s full network.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! If you’re country isn't available at checkout and you're interested in our bits, drop us an email – we’re always exploring new options!
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While rare, if your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll work with Australia Post to locate it or send a replacement at no cost to you (Australia Post’s standard liability terms apply).
