4. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including:

  • Acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.
